Camp Wildhood
School Holiday Programs
Unplug. Get muddy. Make memories.
Remember the kind of school holidays where the days felt endless, the games went on forever, and you came home completely exhausted in the very best way? That's Camp Wildhood.
Set in the bush on Mt Gibraltar, Camp Wildhood is our school holiday program for kids aged 3–8. A few days of classic camp games, campfire sessions, bush exploration, and the kind of free-range fun that kids were made for.
No screens. No schedules. Just wide open space and a whole lot of wild.
What does Camp Wildhood look like?
Think choose-your-own-adventure, from morning to afternoon. Our Camp Guides are on hand to offer activities, invitations, and a little gentle encouragement, but every child gets to shape their own day. Whether your child is a born explorer, a quiet nature observer, a budding builder, or someone who just wants to spend three hours in the mud pit… there's a place for them here.
Activities change with the seasons but might include campfire cooking, shelter building, bush walks, nature crafts, classic camp games, birdwatching, and plenty of unstructured free play in the beautiful Australian bush.
We are an all-weather program; rain, shine, or anything the mountain throws at us.
