Cancellation Policy (You have to cancel)

Wild Wattle Nature Play is committed to providing children with the opportunity to partake in Bush Kindy, however our numbers are limited by our ratios. Because of this, we have designed our program to be a full-term enrolment.

We understand that at times life happens, circumstances change and your child may be unable to complete the term or program. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the progress within the term, we may be able to fill their place with another child. If we are able to enroll a child in their place, a partial refund for the term may be issued, however, this will be at the full discretion of the Program Director.

Program Cancellation (We have to cancel)

If a program is canceled due to lack of staff, unsafe venue conditions (i.e. bushfire), or other reasonable and necessary means, you will be entitled to either a full refund or the choice of another program.
